After installing (clean install) the 32 Bit Vista and trying the 64-bitversion it boots up as if the installation went 100% through. Shows the boot screen and everything. Once here it restarts once, and returns to the same position. My Screen remains black with a mouse cursor and the version in the bottom right hand corner (Windows Vista (TM) Beta 2 Build 5384. I am instailling vista using the Silicon SATA connection. the Alt-cntl-del buttons don't work, nither do the windows quick keys. Any suggestions?

I waited 8 hrs overnight :) nothing happened :)
It does goto boot up in SAFE mode but i can't do jck in safe mode

Try removing the other gfx card you have. Vista beta 2 doesnt do SLI.
